The Friends of the Burlington Northern Railroad welcomes questions about the FOBNR, The BN Expediter or your membership; the history and/or current operation of the Burlington Northern Railroad, the Montana Rail Link, or the BNSF Railway; or modeling the BN, MRL or BNSF. If your question appears to be of general interest, we will publish the question and the answer in an upcoming issue of The BN Expediter. When published in The BN Expediter, each question is given a code that is defined as follows:  The first two numbers show the Volume and Number of The BN Expediter in which the question appears. The third number shows the sequence of the question’s appearance in that issue. For example, 25.2.1 indicates the question appeared in Volume 25, Number 2 and was the 1st question in that issue.
